Gilbert Tubarão Branco was born in New York on August 13, 1991. Ate the age of four he began training Jiu-Jitsu then Karate and Tae-Kwon-do. Focused on is goal, but always looked for more specialization, when he finally trains MMA at the age of 18 with specialization in Jiu-jitsu, boxing and Muay Thai.
He adopted the name of Gilbert Tubarão Branco (Gilbert White Shark), as the pseudonym suggests, it is like this fantastic being of the seas that has as a characteristic to be always attentive, studying the movement of its prey and uses its conditioning for a precise attack and incisive when taking the capture. Gilbert Tubarão Branco has this same characteristic, with good physical conditioning, patiently and meticulously studying his adversary, evaluting is weaknesses and then deferring the exhaustively trained and developed blows that are factors that favor him to win in match!
